DELIVERY is the best way to reduce the risk of contact. See below for locations served and their scheduled delivery days. There is also detail on village hub deliveries too.
COLLECTION orders – please wait outside to be served. Collection times are between 12pm and 2pm on the agreed day. Please allow 24 hours to process your order before it is available for collection. We will aim to give you a courtesy call to let you know when your order is ready.
PAYMENT preferred via online banking transfer. All orders will have an bill/invoice attached with our bank details on them. Please make payment when you have received the order using the INVOICE NUMBER as the PAYMENT REFERENCE.
We also have facility to take contactless card payments, and would rather only take cash as a last resort. WE DO NOT HAVE THE FACILITY TO TAKE CARD PAYMENTS OVER THE PHONE – sorry! Please respect our staff’s right to social distancing and make every effort to make payment online.
Please check what day we’re delivering to your area, and make sure you order at least 2 working days before your delivery day to ensure we have time to process your order in time to deliver it.
*Orders to these villages are to a central drop off point only, local volunteers will help to distribute to individuals self isolating.

We have had a lot of interest from you, our new customers…we’re doing our best given that we are not set up (at all!) to serve the market in this way. Please bear with our staff, and remember the following few things:
We’re not a supermarket, we sell A LOT of things out of big boxes by the weight picked. We also buy from markets and as many local growers as possible, where our input cost varies a lot during uncertain times. As such, we won’t be able to give your order a price before we pick it.
Mentioned earlier – we do not have the facility to take card payments over the phone.
